What is a CV
Even if you have all the expertise and credentials to get a specific job, lip service will not get you there. Before the hiring manager will consider you for the job, you must present an application document. - It can be written in the form of Paragraph. Dont make it too lengthy paragraph.
- Mention your major achievements and leadership skills
- Demonstrate visually how best you are and different from follower.
You Can incorporate any certifications which add values to your career. Now a days many people take online certification course to gain knowledge and take a step forward.
- Mention clearly your certificate name
- Certificate issuing authority/Institute name
- Certificate no. and % Or Grade you got and span of certificate

Training are important for you to grow in your career. Time to time many companies givess various training to its employees. You can list all these training to leave a positive impact on employer.
- List down all training you completed
- Training can be online or offline.
- If you are a trainer then mention clearlly that you organise trainings
- Dont forget to mention the location
- Always mention the trainer or company name who organised training.
Technical skills are imporant any technical profile or technically qualified person. You should put all your skills but put latest technology First. i.e. In skilss which u learned or got certification in last, put that first.
Research and Publications
Research and Publications are more helpful if you are a journalists, researcher, Phd. holder or content writer. You should list down all your publication. It can be online and offline publication.
- List down what was the objective of research
- Share the outcome of research and period of research
- Mention the name of online portal where your publication was published.
- Mention the title of published journal or Article.
Usually every employer does your candidature verification before giving any employement. So be careful while mentioning or sharing any reference in your Cv. Never mention reference of your friend and Juniors. Always mention professional seniors of your dept or cross deptt with whom you interacted.
Mention the name of person and his position in that company
Only professional contact details need to share after taking permission from your reference
